Urad Dal with Multigrain Bhakri, Garlic Chutney,jarda instructions

  1. Take a dal in a pressure cooker wash and soak for half an hour. After half an hour boil it upto 1 whistle. Once pressure cools down open it add garlic Chutney dry red chilli powder salt and turmeric and mix it. Dal will be thick and full do not try to break or blend. Boil till all masaala get cooked garnish with coriander leaves.
  2. For Garlic Chutney- take small mixer jar add garlic into it add Red chilli powder or (you can also add dry red chilli it's optional) add oil and salt and grind it. Do not blend fully garlic should be little crushed. Garlic Chutney is ready to serve. In this Chutney we donot add water or tamarind paste. Chutney should be thick.
