- Heat it up pressure cooker with ghee, add Cumin seeds garlic saute for 2 minutes. Now add Moong Dal saute for a minute add turmeric salt, green chilli, red chilli powder, ginger and Hing mix it well..
- Now add 2 cups hot water. Covere the lid. Cook for 3 whistles on medium flame and turn off the flame. Pressure cooker's pressure to release naturally.One it done add Ghee and coriander leaves, lemon juice. Serve with Rice or Roti.
